This weekend we will be releasing the revised 0700 and 0700.1b reports. They will be available in the mapped ART Gallery reports folder on Monday, May 20th, 2019. A summary of the two changed reports and report under investigation as listed below: 0700 – Length of Time Persons Remain Homeless – Metric 1 – v6 Corrected timestamp issue for Housing Move-in Date (HMID). HMID is now included for RRH, PH-S, PH-H and PSH programs, not just RRH. RRH, PH-S, PH-H, PSH programs without HMID are no longer counted towards overlap or negate overlap counts. WellSky SP 5.12.68 is Now Available

ServicePoint 5.12.68 is now available. This is considered a “major” release. This means you have to create a case in the WellSky Customer Community in order to upgrade to this version. The additional step will allow you the opportunity to review the release notes and Forgot Password documentation prior to upgrading the site for your end-users. This release includes only Forgot Password reset functionality. This new functionality allows a user to reset their ServicePoint password from a link on the login screen. Your community-based organization depends on service providers to achieve your mission. Yet managing a provider network effectively is challenging! It’s often hard to get past feel-good anecdotes and impressions, and make decisions based on objective results. Gerry Leslie, HMIS Project Director for Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness, shared this 5-step plan to implement a data-driven approach that can improve the lives of people in your community.   1. Establish key measures  When developing goals, it’s important to distinguish between outputs and outcomes. Outputs are what you do. WellSky RHY Spring 2019 Upload Announced

The RHY upload for grantees into RHYPoint will take place from Monday, April 22nd through Friday, May 10th. Export data from Community Services (ServicePoint) with the following parameters: Date Range is 10/1/2018 – 3/31/2019 Use either HUD or RHY Entry Exit type based upon your workflow Export and upload each project type to RhyPoint separately What do your grantees need to know? Use the 0263 RHY Data Quality Report in the ART Gallery to review their data before exporting. Do not edit the CSV files manually, as it can cause errors in the submission. Our development team continues to review customer submitted issues and the Abt provided Flag Files. We’re pleased to report that the latest file we received back from Abt shows a reduction of approximately 50% of vendor related flags.
