WellSky LSA Export Update

HUD has announced the extension of LSA export re-submissions to April 22nd, 2019. Vendors have until April 18th, 2019 to update the code with any relevant changes. Abt acknowledges that this provides our customers with a limited submission window and they will be evaluating whether or not they need to extend the submission window again. Abt recommends that our customers review the non-vendor errors/warnings in their flag files to determine what fixes, if any, are needed and then resubmit the file to get the errors cleared. WellSky LSA Export Update

An email was sent to us on Monday, March 11, 2019 from Abt Associates that provided high-level summary information about data that the data reviewers have flagged for further review. During the HMIS Vendors call on March 14, 2019, Abt Associates shared with us that each CoC will be sent a similar report outlining flagged data that the data reviewers would like each CoC to review and explain. Abt Associates indicated that there was not an expectation that HMIS vendors would resolve these issues prior to April 1, 2019. We understand that this guidance appears to be in conflict with …

WellSky HIC/PIT and SPM Update

HUD has announced the submission windows for the HIC/PIT and SPM information: HIC/PIT – Submission window opens March 1st, 2019 and closes at 8:00 PM PDT on April, 30th, 2019. SPM – Submission window opens March 1st, 2019 and closes at 8:00 PM PDT on May 31st, 2019. We are still in the process of updating the 0629 ART Gallery reports for the 2019 submission of the HIC/PIT information to HUD. WellSky – HIC and PIT Update

We are still in the process of updating the 0628/0629/0630 ART Gallery reports for the 2019 submission of the HIC/PIT information to HUD. HUD has not yet announced the submission deadline for this information. We performed a test auto-mapper run last weekend due to the changes we made to the report to see how many sites could receive the report. During the test we ran into issues with Client Location and night-by-night shelters in the report so we removed it late last night from the ART Gallery. HUD PATH Report Hotfix Applied

We have applied a hotfix to all ServicePoint sites on version 5.12.64 or greater. This hotfix addresses an issue with Questions 26 and 27 where clients that were being counted in Q17e/Q17f were not being counted in Q26/27 if the service end date was after the report end date. The report will now include these clients in the counts for Questions 26 and 27. Please note that PATH grantees who have already submitted will need to resubmit their report to the PATH Data Exchange (PDX) to ensure correct values for Q26 and Q27.
