Duties
  • Analyze data and report on performance measures related to PDHO Priority of Effort, contract measures, and other programmatic measures
  • Conduct special analyses of issues related to homelessness and prepare reports that evaluate effectiveness of current service delivery models
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of systems against desired performance objectives using business intelligence applications (i.e. Tableau) to monitor program priorities and areas of concern
  • Review, analyze, and distribute data and reports on trends and technical issues within homelessness systems locally and statewide
  • Prepare and develop presentations with key data and information for Department leadership and policy recommendations
  • Provide ad hoc query reports as requested
  • Assist in identifying improvement strategies related to PDHO technical assistance
  • Perform other related duties

  • Knowledge of data management, collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of project management
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple work assignments
  • Ability to prepare and develop reports of policy and data analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
